Course aims

• Develop a systemic framework and understanding of organisations within which to reflect upon, and prepare for, the processes of management within public sector organisations.

• Focus on the processes involved in carrying out management tasks, using your own material.

• Facilitate your application of the knowledge and skills from the course to your daily work through the use of project work and consultation.

Is this course for you?

• Suitable for Clinical and Educational Psychologists.

• Up to 20 places are available for experienced clinical and educational psychologists who may have recently taken up, or are considering, senior management posts.

• Recommended CPD course by the British Psychological Society.
