• Insight into conscious and unconscious processes that affect working life.
• Understanding what leads to functional or dysfunctional individual and teams.
• Insight into your own performance in groups and organisations.

• Suitable for those working in clinical, professional, consultative or managerial capacities.
• Open to those working in any organisation in public, private or independent sectors.
• Open to senior professionals with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in an organisation.
• Previous degree or equivalent required.
Time commitment
Two years (up to Postgraduate Diploma level).2.00pm - 7.00pm, Tuesdays (London) or Friday and Saturday once a month for 11 months (Liverpool). Additional half-term for writing dissertation (MA). Extra time required for reading, course assignments and projects.
Assessment
• Six written papers over two years (Postgraduate Diploma).
• Additional dissertation (MA).
• Continuous assessment by tutors.
• Leads to eligibility for membership of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists, Allied Professional Division.
