These courses build on the early work of the Tavistock Clinic and the ideas of Wilfred Bion and Melanie Klein. They provide a unique training that enables participants to make sense of the conscious and uncon-scious processes at work, in groups and organisations. The darker side of institutional and group function-ing is explored with insight into the processes and dynamics which can be harmful and those which can help groups and organisations to work. This understanding is key to developing the skills needed to work with groups, whatever the organisational setting.
