This one-day workshop is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on their experience of organisational life. The morning programme will draw on systemic and psychoanalytic perspectives, which inform our understanding of organisations.
The afternoon is devoted to the practical application of these theoretical ideas, through the medium of consultation work groups. These small groups will provide the opportunity for members to reflect on and examine their experiences of working within organisations, and to introduce participants to the skills of facilitation within focused one to one consultations.
