    All organisational life occurs in groups. We are all individuals, members of groups and, for many, members of organisations. Group life affects individuals and organisations, while at the same time we as individuals affect the functioning of groups and teams.

    These dynamic processes can be seen vividly in the world of sport. Leadership, team functioning and behaviour that is on-task and off-task are open to observation and passionate engagement at each match, competition and tournament.
