If you are having problems accessing any of the electronic journals that you find listed on the One-Stop-Shop please let us know.
It would be helpful if you could let us have the following information:
• Your name and contact information
• Which journal you are trying to access, including the year, volume no.
• Whether you are trying to access it from machines within the Library, elsewhere within the Trust network, or externally
• The nature of the problem e.g. no access to full text, unable to print - the more details that you can give us at this point the easier it will be for us to identify the problem
