Experience

• Worked in the NHS since 1981, when she commenced her nurse training.  Worked in a number of hospitals, as well as primary care and community settings; has considerable experience in mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, sexual health and HIV in commissioning, management & strategic development
• Currently works on behalf of the NHS London on Pan-London Programmes, leading on Modernisation of Prison Health, Mental Health and Substance Misuse
• High Secure Commissioner for London and the South of England
• Interests include: change management; social inclusion; partnerships development; and organisational dynamics
