Introduction to the Trust

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is Britain's leading provider of multidisciplinary postgraduate training in mental health, and a major regional provider of clinical services for people of all ages.  The Trust has a national and international reputation as a centre of excellence in the therapeutic treatment of complex and serious mental health disorders, in clinical training, consultancy, research and scholarship.  Our 120-strong professional staff - child and adolescent psychotherapists, adult psychotherapists, family therapists, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers - provide training for 1700 students every year.
